Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, Receives
The Sunshine Kids Award

Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors has been awarded The Sunshine Kids Award, which recognizes the top 10 fund-raising offices in the Prudential Real Estate Network.

The award was presented by The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. in special awards ceremonies at The Prudential Real Estate Network’s Annual Sales Convention held in Las Vegas in March 2000.

"The recognition of receiving The Sunshine Kids Award is both an honor and an achievement," said Bill McIlwain, Prudential Gary Greene partner. "Without the support of our sales associates and our community, we would not have been able to contribute as much as we did for this cause."

Major events held in 2000 were the 8th Annual Sunshine Kids Celebrity Golf Classic in June that raised a record amount of $200,000, and the Bay Area’s Diamonds & Deck Shoes gala in the fall which raised an additional $55,000 plus for the foundation.

Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors was the recipient of the 2000 Gibraltar Circle Award which is awarded each year to the top 50 companies in the Prudential Real Estate Network. In award ceremonies held during the network’s annual convention in Las Vegas in March, Prudential Gary Greene partners Marilyn Eiland, Mark Woodroof and Bill McIlwain accepted the honor which ranked the company ninth in the nation within the network. Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors competed against more than 600 other companies. The Prudential Real Estate Network is one of the leading real estate brokerage networks in North America, and had a sales volume of $96.0 billion in 2000.

Woodroof said, "This prestigious award is a tribute to each of our sales associates, because it was their performance that earned this honor for us. This award is evidence of the quality and caliber of service that our associates deliver to their clients -- everyday. It is also an honor to be included among real estate companies that are the best in the nation."

Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors became an affiliate of Prudential Real Estate in 2000 and is one of the largest independently owned and operated companies in the Houston area.

The Round Table Award

Sharon Teusink, manager of the 1960/Champions office was presented with the Round Table Award, which is given to the top three offices in each of the five U. S. Regions. Offices compete in categories according to size based number of associates.

The Cornerstone Award

The Prudential Gary Greene regional offices of Memorial, Bay Area, 1960/Champions, Northwest and The Woodlands at Forest Crossing, and the Heights affiliate office were awarded the prestigious Cornerstone Award which recognizes the leading offices in the Prudential Real Estate Network based on profit performance.
